Harbor Chase Cordova is the second of two senior living facilities built in the Memphis area. Harbor Chase Cordova located at 1600 Appling Rd was built by Catamount Constructors and C. Foster Construction installed all of the custom millwork and trim inside of the facility. This facility has private dining rooms, bars, and multiple areas with buffet bars and custom cabinets. Two notable areas inside of the Harbor Chase Cordova are the exhibition kitchen and country kitchen. Both locations have Cambria countertops and maple wood panels as well as resin panels. All millwork was manufactured in Memphis Tennessee at American Millwork and Granite’s millwork shop.
